Aiten Kids is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. How We Disclose Personal Information

Shopify, our e-commerce platform and hosting provider.
DOKU, for secure payment processing.
Biteship and our courier partners, to arrange and fulfil delivery of your order.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business), for customer messaging, marketing, and advertising.
Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), for site analytics, conversion tracking, and advertising, including remarketing ads shown to you on other sites and apps based on your visit to our store.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. The Services are designed for parents and guardians to shop for children — they are not intended to be used directly by children. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Agency (Lembaga PDP) once it is operational, or with the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

If You're Ordering From Outside Indonesia

We ship to select destinations outside Indonesia, so we may collect and process personal information about you while you're located outside Indonesia. This information is processed primarily in Indonesia, in accordance with this Policy. Where a specific country's law gives you additional or different rights, those are set out below.

New Zealand

If you're ordering from New Zealand, we handle your personal information in accordance with New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, which applies to us because we carry on business in New Zealand (including through advertising and sales to New Zealand customers), regardless of whether we have a physical presence there.

We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and prefer to collect it directly from you.
