Welcome to Aiten Kids (aitenkids.com), a brand operated by Mohammad Indratama, an individual conducting business under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia ("Aiten Kids," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be a parent/guardian placing an order on behalf of a minor, to use this site or place an order.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Because each piece is made in small batches, minor variations in color, texture, or finish from product photos may occur.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display is fully accurate.

3. Order Acceptance

  • An order confirmation email acknowledges we've received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or unusual order volume. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through DOKU, supporting bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and QRIS.
  • Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped.
  • We do not store your full card details — these are handled directly by DOKU's secure payment infrastructure.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Indonesia and to select destinations outside Indonesia, via courier partners coordinated through our logistics providers. Available destinations may expand or change over time; if we don't yet ship to your country, this will be indicated at checkout.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation; delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and international orders may take longer due to customs processing.
  • International orders ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping cost you pay at checkout, so there's nothing further to pay on delivery. You're still responsible for confirming that the items you're ordering may lawfully be imported into your destination country.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the order is handed to the courier.
  • You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address — we're not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Aiten Kids name, logo, photography, product designs, and written copy — is the property of Aiten Kids and protected under Indonesian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or resell our content or product listings without permission
  • Interfere with the site's security or normal operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiten Kids is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Our site and social channels may link to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, marketplaces). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, if unresolved, are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Indonesian court of competent jurisdiction.

If you are ordering from outside Indonesia, nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, so please check back periodically.
