Made in small batches, and we want it to fit beautifully. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.
- Size exchanges: request within 7 days of delivery (Indonesia). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll replace, exchange, or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
- International orders: for size or preference exchanges, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. You keep the item and we issue store credit toward a future order.
- Cancellations: free of charge any time before you receive shipping confirmation.
